As one of the last finishers, I completely agree with some earlier comments. It would be good if the commentator was there until the last runner crossed the line. Thanks to those who kept cheering us on! I also agree with the comments about the tshirt and goody bag. I'm not exactly a size 10, but to get an XL was a bit insulting. Shame, because the design with the route included would have been good advertising for next year. Thanks also to the stewards who stood throughout the bad weather, encouraging us right to the end.

I had a great day thanks, would do it again next year, I did read on a diffrent web site of another runner who did the 10k he clocked the distance at 6.37 miles which explained his poor time is this true?. My time was ok but could of been better I will try harder next time.:0)

Visiting from London and found it well organised (enough loos, hot showers, clear announcements, well marshalled, saw all distance markers). Course fine, though nasty incline into the wind at end of each lap, and nearly overshot turn into woods in last mile. Surprised at criticism of goody bags... pretty standard contents where we come from!!

Hi. This was my first half marathon and I really enjoyed it. I thought the event was very well organised and for that, I will definately be back. I was very happy with my time of 1 hour, 34 mins and 25 seconds and was also delighted to see Tom Boyd take part. MANY THANKS TO TOM for this. Thanks of course to the organisers. Robert.

My fourth EK 1/2 & still enjoyed it! Very well organised this year, great provisions for the spectators & kids. 1 hr 52 which was 2 mins short of predicted time, not bad though considering a 5 week lay off during training.
